General terms and Conditions Privacy & Cookie Policy
Ref. Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, no 185
The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to consumers as defined by the law on distance contracts, thus excluding legal persons. The order made by the customer is subject to the express acceptance of the staff that manages the portal. The acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the address provided by the customer. The purchase of products from the portal presupposes the knowledge and acceptance by the customer of the general conditions of sale described below:
Orders with free delivery are accepted only for delivery on Italian territory with the exception of Livigno and Campione d’italia and subject to express acceptance for other international locations.
Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the contract stipulated online by the customer with farm meetings, is subject to the Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute between the parties concerned the Court of execution of the contract is competent.
Conclusion of the contract.
The contract between the farm meetings and the customer must be concluded only at the time of acceptance, even if partial, of the order by the owner of the site. The acceptance of the customer’s order is deemed to have occurred only if communicated in writing. The customer, at the time of the conclusion of his order, declares that he has become aware of all the particulars provided to him during the purchase procedure and to accept in full the general and payment conditions hereunder transcribed. All rights of the customer are excluded from any kind of damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or non-contract liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
The customer undertakes to read carefully, view and print or save electronic copy and in any case to retain these conditions privacy and shipments, in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of the Dlgs 185/1999 on remote sales and privacy.

Order Management
Your order will be executed directly by the staff or transmitted through the chosen shipping service that performs the delivery outside the area that we directly served as shown in the delivery and shipment notes. In any case, the delivery times, as provided by art. 6 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999, are not more than 30 days from the day following that of transmission of the order. For any questions or information concerning your order, our staff is at your complete disposal.
Some products are a seasonal product, others are craft products, others are still fresh. For this reason it is not always available the whole range and therefore we can not guarantee that all products are always available.
We remind you that in case of order of fresh or seasonal products there can be a small difference in colour and format of the article delivered compared to the catalogue ordered. In Such cases, however, the delivery of a fresh or seasonal product with at least the same value and similar characteristics is always assured. We hope to be able to better meet your expectations. We remain available for any other requirement.
By clicking on the ‘ Buy ‘ button, you will receive within a few minutes an order confirmation by e-mail containing the order number as well as the detailed information about the product purchased, the price, the presumed shipping date and the address of the Sender and the recipient. This message is the only automatic response of the server of our partner that is sent to you when the management of the order passes in the procedure of the bank empowered to manage the collection by credit card.
The order will be accepted only when the payment has occurred and the bank will release the virtual receipt confirming the success of the transaction. In the event that the bank does not release the automatic receipt the order is to be considered not accepted and you can feel free from any constraint against us. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be accepted at the time of receipt of the fax or the mail, which must certify the payment.
It should be borne in mind that, in the absence of such documentation, the order will be accepted and executed at the time of bank confirmation of the transfer made, generally about 5 days because of the credit times that vary from bank to bank. As a rule you do not execute orders unless you have received the payment of the products. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our staff.
It is very important for the farm meetings, that the customer is satisfied with our products purchased. We assure you that all your orders will be carried out competently and we guarantee the scrupulous management of each order which includes:
-the delivery of goods ordered within the limits previously expressed regarding the availability of the product
-The quality, traceability and conformity of the product by each manufacturing company as a label marked on the same
-Delivery within the time limit prescribed by applicable law in the matter required, except in cases of force majeure or unavailability of the addressee. With this guarantee we undertake to carry out every order with dedication, care and the highest quality.

The prices of our agricultural products and not, may be subject to fluctuations also seasonal. All sales prices of the products indicated on the portal are expressed in Euro. The prices of the products are inclusive of VAT and any other tax, unless otherwise indicated.
The prices of the individual products, from time to time indicated on the site, cancel and replace the previous ones.
Applicable law
Each sales contract is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
Courier shipments of successful orders, normally but not necessarily as a constraint, will be ready for shipment on Monday for orders escaped from Thursday to Sunday and Thursday for orders escaped from Monday to Wednesday, except for different Staff Regulations, for more information and different regulations, please contact the same telephone.
To ensure that there is no unpleasant inconvenience, please verify that the address and telephone number indicated for home delivery are correct and complete. The delivery is made at the address specified at the time of the order which may be different from the customer’s address. We cannot assume any responsibility for delays or Non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete indications.
To allow us to execute the order in time and without inconvenience, it is advisable to provide the widest possible indications, such as: Preferred delivery time, contact person, floor number and room number if present etc…
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with art. 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999, the customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered products which may have already been delivered, without any penalty and without Specify its reason. The bottles or containers of wine and oil will be reimbursed only if returned completely sealed as for delivery.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the customer, on penalty of revocation, by sending a registered letter to:

Within ten working days after receipt of the products. The above communication may be sent, within the same deadline, also by telegram or fax to the following number: + 39 0565 829401, provided that it is confirmed, by registered letter of delivery, within 48 hours following the dispatch of the telegram or fax.
If the withdrawal is effected in accordance with the conditions indicated above, the amount paid for the goods and for the costs of the delivery is credited to the purchaser of his choice between bank transfer on account payable to him and bank draft. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 in the case of:
-Provision of services whose implementation has commenced, with the consumer’s agreement, before the expiry of the 10-day period provided for in paragraph 1;
-Supply of packaged goods which, by their nature, cannot be redispatched or are likely to deteriorate or rapidly alter;
Cancellation/Right to revoke the order
An order for delivery at home or courier can be cancelled up to two working days prior to the desired delivery date indicating the order number. An annulment after this deadline can only be accepted exceptionally and reimbursement of the value of the order is not guaranteed.
