The picked grapes ferment in the cellar in steel vats in contact with the skins, without temperature control or addition of chemical allergens and use of indigenous yeasts. Soft pressing and natural settling. Aging in oak barrels for 36 months. Bottled without filtering and aging on the yeasts in the bottle. Number of bottles produced per year 3,000. Vol. 15.5 °

The Tasting Intense ruby red colour with mahogany hues. Intense bouquet with hints of forest fruits, cinnamon and vanilla. Intense, soft flavour, with hints of vanilla and red fruits mature, well-bodied and with good structure.

The Service Food Pairing: suitable for after dinner and after meditation, to accompany all grilled dishes, traditional substantial and spicy dishes from Livorno, very mature cheese accompanied by mustards and honey.
